A note from Phil - Head Chef!
I offer delicious breakfasts in a sunny breakfast room. Help yourself to cereals, juices, fresh fruit, jam, marmalade and homemade cereal snacks from our breakfast bar.
Everything is cooked fresh to order from the kitchen. I offer a wide range to suit all tastes, from a simple continental breakfast to a traditional breakfast with black pudding, fried bread and runny eggs. I have daily specials, ranging from toasted bagels with cream cheese and crispy bacon to scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on toasted muffins.
Most of my ingredients are sourced from Yorkshire suppliers; my bacon and sausages are supplied by Ged Bell Butchers, my fruit and veg from Millie's on Bishy Road and my eggs from Burton Leonard Farm. I also have Yorkshire honey from John, a beekeeper, who's a friend of my father-in-law (he picks up the honey every other Thursday when he meets him for a pint!).
Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am (9.30am on the weekends to give you a chance to read the weekend papers I have delivered!).
If you need an earlier breakfast then just ask and I'll try to sort something out. I also try my best to cater for any special dietary needs ( just let me know in advance).
